Design and copy for a counselling practice built on trust

For a therapy practice, the site's whole job is to lower the barrier to that first email. Designed and built directly on Squarespace, prioritising a calm, credible visual tone over anything flashy, clear service breakdowns, visible credentials (BACP membership, postgraduate diplomas), and testimonials doing the trust-building work a cold pitch can't.

Structure: About, Services, How I Work, Getting Started, FAQ, Contact, each one answering a specific hesitation a prospective client would have before booking.
