Work Summit 2025
The Worksome Work Summit 2025 took place at the Museum of London, assembling HR professionals, talent acquisition specialists, and compliance experts to discuss the future of freelance workforce management.
My assignment was to authentically document the full day from setup through the final networking session. Coverage included keynote presentations from industry leaders like Georgie Barrat and panel discussions featuring representatives from Oatly, R/GA, and Oliver. The brief required capturing both the formal programme elements and the informal connections happening throughout the venue.
Speaker closeups provided Worksome and panelists with fresh images that work across their blog, social media, and future event marketing. Wide shots of the panel discussions and audience engagement gave them material showing the scale and atmosphere of the gathering. The Museum of London's architecture offered a strong visual context, particularly in the networking spaces where natural light created clean, crisp images.
The after-event drinks session yielded candid moments that demonstrate the relaxed networking environment Worksome cultivates at its events. These authentic interactions between attendees became valuable content for showing the human side of their community, rather than just corporate conference imagery.
The final gallery gave Worksome assets for multiple uses: social proof for future event promotion, speaker and sponsor relationship management, internal communications, and evergreen marketing content about their position in the freelance management space.
The mix of formal and candid coverage means they have flexible visual material that works across different channels and messaging needs throughout 2025 and beyond.
